Joyce Kay Marcos passed away on Friday, February 19, 2016 in Clover, South Carolina. Joyce is the daughter of the late Richard H. and Delila E Woodson; wife of the late John Peter Marcos, Jr.; mother of Donald Lawrence Bayly, Jr.; grandmother of Raymond Bayly. Kay is also survived by her sister Patricia Fay Le Bow and six great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 on Monday, February 29, 2016 from 12 noon to 1:45 pm. A committal service will be held following at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, Maryland.
