Loving sister of Gail McGowan and David McGowan and the late Patricia Crawford and Steven D. McGowan, Sr. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am, Friday, February 6, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1800 Seton Drive, Crofton, Maryland 21114.
