I met Jule at GLES II. He was a delight then and when our paths crossed over the years.

Delores, I just found out yesterday about the passing of Jule, which of course, I found very saddening.  Jule and I would talk a lot about our classes when we ran into each other at the BPA Building on the campus of the University of Maryland.  I will always remember the pool parties at his parents house when we were still in high school.  They were such fun!  You are in our prayers.  Take care.

Please know that I have many beautiful memories of chatting with Jule for some extended periods ... sharing his thought of your journeys taken and adventures being planned by you two.  We shared the excitement of traveling and the planning for new horizons.  Hugs to you and your family.  He is missed!

I had the distinct honor of working with and for Jule for several years on the Delta Project at Goddard until I left in 1976 for the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. He was a unique person that provided guidance and set the example to be the best that I can be. His time was offered without hesitation and his ethics and professionalism was quite appreciated and led me to develop into the person that I am today. Thank God that I had the opportunity to work with such an inspiring man. May God Bless. My thoughts and comfort go to you and the family at this difficult time.

Absolutely loved working for Jule on the Delta Project at Goddard until I left for Kennedy Space Center in Florida in 1976. Respected his integrity and the relaxed, genuine, and professional working relationship that was developed. Jule and Earl Reese provided invaluable guidance and ethics that have remained with me and helped me develop into who I am today. One of the best jobs I had at Goddard was spent on the Delta Project in the late 70's with Jule as my boss.  I will truly miss him.
