Kenneth Russell Horner of Bowie, Maryland died on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Kenneth is the husband of the late Patricia I. Horner; father of Rebecca Bell and her husband Stephen and Kenneth B. Horner and his significant other Eileen Blossman; brother of the late Peggy Baker. Family and friends will gather at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 on Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm where a funeral service will be held 12 noon, Monday, March 18, 2013. Interment with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery will be held at a later date.
