A visitation for Leroy will be held Monday, January 6, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715.

A visitation prior to the Mass at St. Mary's of the Assumption catholic church 14908 Main St. Upper Marlboro, MD will occur on Tuesday, January 18, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. Where his Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 AM.
Leroy will be interred in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date
