Michael Morris Carter

Michael Morris Carter of Upper Marlboro, Maryland passed away on Thursday, March, 19, 2020. Michael is the husband of Theresa Wright Carter; father of Michael M. Carter, Jr., and his wife Stacey, Lamar Carter and his wife Stephanie, Steven Mosby and Candice Grant; brother of Cassandra Williams, Florence Lynette Barnes, Hoya Carter, and the late Eric Carter. Michael is also survived by five grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 on Monday, April 6, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm where a funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Interment with military honors will be at 2:30 pm, Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland.
