Patricia Ann Inscoe of Severna Park, Maryland died on Monday, September 10, 2012 at Genesis of Severna Park, Maryland. Patricia is the wife of Robert A. Inscoe of Severna Park; mother of Robert A. Inscoe and his wife Diana, Donald E. Inscoe and his wife Susan and Thomas A. Inscoe and his wife Mary and the late David E. Inscoe. Patricia is the sister of the late Edward Upperman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Family and friends will gather at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 3:30 pm until time of service at 4:30 p.m. Interment at Parklawn Memorial Cemetery, Rockville, Maryland is private.
