Regina Kalinowski

Daughter of the late Bernard and Edwina Rooney Schwarts, beloved wife of the late Leon Charles Kalinowski. She is survived by sons Daniel and James Kalinowski and predeceased by her daughter Mary Alice Jones. Also survived by sisters Janet Clark and Edwina Wilden, brother Bernard Schwarts,Jr., 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She graduated with her Master’s degree in education from University of Maryland, College Park, was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and enjoyed gardening, birds, reading and the outdoors.

The family will receive friends, June 6, 2014 from 10am to 12:30pm at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd. Bowie, MD. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 1:00 pm. Interment in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
