To Bobby’s family and friends, I am Bobby’s second cousin, His Nona, my Aunt Nori, and my mom were sisters.  Every summer growing up I visited Bowie, Md.  with my parents. I was fortunate to be able to see all my little cousins and be their buddy.  From the start, I could tell Bobby was going to be a firecracker! Lol He had spunk, he was a jokester and he always had that contagious grin on his face. There’s no wonder I took a liking to him, we have a lot in common. 
My mom, Aunt Patsy and I are deeply saddened by the loss of Bobby. Our deepest sympathy to  all who loved him.

One of my favorite memories was just a few weeks after we met, you worked all day cleaning your old boat while I was working for us to have an amazing sunset and dinner date. It was absolutely perfect. The water will never be the same without you.  

To all who loved Bobby and will continue to love him in spirit – I still can't believe he is gone. It doesn't feel real, and it doesn't make sense that someone so vibrant and full-of-life could be gone too soon.

They say "only the best die young" – a phrase I hate, but feels applicable here, because Bobby was that – he was the best. The best friend, the best protector... he had the best smile, the best love of adventure... he was the best dad, as demonstrated by his love for his son.

It's been years and years since Bobby lived in PA, but for the time he did, he was a constant in my life, and we remained in touch ever since. I will never forget him, and he will live on in my heart forever.

The last SOJA concert I went to with Bobby was one of the most fun times I had at a concert. We had been to many before but this one was one for the books.

He had called me earlier that day asking what I was doing that night and I said without hesitation.. hanging out with you. An hour later he says meet me at the house we have a limo and we’re going to see SOJA. His ideas always surprised me. When we arrived to the concert and a few orange crushes & Miller lites in, we decide to get closer to the front of the stage. Of course this area was sectioned off and you had to have a separate ticket to get in. Bobby and I both looked at each other and smiled, he went left, I went right and we made our way inside the section and up to the front. 

Bobby as usual with his white towel swinging it above his head, screaming the lyrics word for word over the lead singer of SOJA. People around us were starting to get mad, more because we we’re having SO MUCH FUN!! 

It was only a matter of time before one of us got kicked out. Luckily, it was Bobby. They literally kicked him out of the entire concert and instead of him getting mad or fighting back he’s there walking with security with the biggest smile on his face.

Of course I also leave to go find him sitting outside laughing and telling stories with the security guards that had just escorted him out. Somehow, I don’t know how but as I’m approaching him, the security guards say alright let’s go back in, and then there’s Bobby walking right back in and right back to the front of the stage.

Man, Bobby you were SO much fun to be around all of the time, always an adventure and a fun one at that. I’m so happy for all of the memories we have together. Thank you for everything, we love you. 

I will always remember the mischievous twinkle in Bobby's eyes  and his  ever present smile!  You couldn't help but love him!

Although I don’t have memories to share of Bobby as a grown man. I can remember the sweet boy that I would babysit! He was funny, witty, and always made babysitting an adventure.   I know he is missed by a loving family and I will surely miss the fun loving boy I knew.  Thinking of your whole family.

Bobby entered my life when he came to PA, and I was assigned to show him to his classes as the new kid at Manheim Township. Bobby and I ran with different crowds, and to many, we were unlikely friends. But that was Bobby - he didn’t judge anyone, and he didn’t turn away from anyone who was different. He offered that huge smile from the minute we met, and we bonded deeply. He always, always looked out for me, both as kids and later in life when we were both grown. He always wished the best for me, and for all those who he cared for.

Bobby was so giving, so generous, so kind, and so open with his heart. I’ll never forget the friendship we shared, and I will miss him always. To his sisters and brother, his mother, his son, and the many others who loved him - I mourn with you, and pray for peace and comfort.

To Bobby - You will be missed, and you will never, ever be forgotten. I’ll think of you every time I see a pumpkin, hear Bob Marley, catch a fish, ride a jet ski, or win bets on the billiards tables. Rest well, my friend. Until we meet again. 💜

So sorry to hear this sad news.  I remember vividly when Mr. & Mrs. Cambardella first joined Whitehall pool.  They had Bobby and Tony in a stroller.  For the years that followed, Bobby and Tony were regular fixtures at the pool -- always having a great time.  They were both great kids who grew up to be wonderful young men.  Prayers to the entire Cambardella family.
