Robert “Rob” Howard of Deale, Maryland passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018. Rob is the son of Robert E. Howard and the late Maryann Dutton; husband of Lisa D. Howard; father of Helene Ann Howard and Brianna Marie Howard; brother of Barry Dutton and his wife Lolly; Sister the late Kathleen Marie Rockinberg; Brother in law Patrick Rockinberg. Rob is also survived by his extended families The Runyons, D’Apollonios and Millers, Half brothers Adam, Matthew and Timothy, Numerous nieces and nephews, and his many P.G. County and Calvert County Friends and Families. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 from 1pm - 3pm and 5pm - 7pm on Sunday, September 9, 2018 and Memorial Service will be 11am on Monday, September 10, 2018. Interment will follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland.
