Bob - as he was known to family and friends - was born on October 21, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY where he worked for and later retired from the New York City Transit Authority after 22 years of distinguished service.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and was Honorably Discharged as a Yeoman Petty Officer 3rd Class
Bob was preceded in death by his life partner of 45 years Peter C. Haran
