I Loved my brother so much.I miss him terribly.He was a amazing man and brother.He loved being around all his friends! I now have heard stories about Rob that are funny and not surprising. He could be very funny or very serious,but always himself.I love you Rob and you are very much missed!

Rob always had an infectious smile, was always willing to help and was always there when you needed him. Rob will be missed by all who knew him. God Bless you Rob as you depart on your eternal patrol.

Rob was an enthusiastic submariner and warm hearted person.  He embodied all the attributes of those who have gone to sea in submarines.  Rob was a great shipmate. He wanted those who served to be recognized for what they brought to the Submarine Force; he enjoyed the camaraderie of service at sea; and he truly loved his shipmates as he did his friends.  His energetic support of the Navy Memorial was remarkable.  He knew that encouraging his shipmates to be a part of this great facility and organization was important to making a difference in acknowledging those who have served at sea.  Rob dedicated himself to recognizing and honoring his shipmates and for that we will always remember him.  God Bless Rob!!  He made a difference and his energy and commitment to the Submarine Force should be recognized as his legacy. While he worked for me as my Executive Assistant at the Navy Memorial he provided me with dedicated support, trusted advice and the friendship that comes from sharing an understanding of what service at sea really represents.  I treasure our friendship and the bond we shared.
