I first met Captain Raffaele many years ago when I was still a midshipman at the Naval Academy. I'm sorry to learn of his passing. Always very kind to me, he epitomized the phrase "an officer and a gentlemen." I pray you rest in peace, and that you may always find fair winds and following seas.

Norma,
It’ been a long time. Sorry we lost touch. So sorry to hear about “Rafe”. Long time since the Hickox days, and even APL.
Will keep you in our prayers.
