I went to high school with Rose, and although I have not seen her since graduation, I have fond memories of her great smile and wonderfully positive personality.I have lost several family members from the same illness. I am so sorry for your loss, and am keeping Rose and your family in my prayers.

Matt, I was so sorry to read about your wife.  I was recently in touch with a mutual friend, and it made me think of you.  I only wish I was able to contact you under better circumstances.

Dear Matt and Family,
I have not seen you or Rosemary for many years but have fond memories of our friendship at BCBS in the days gone by. I was so sorry to hear of your loss of your true companion. The last memories I have of Rosemary were chatting with her at a BCBS function in the very early 90's. She just lit up when she spoke of you and the children and how happy she was with the life you were sharing together. She was such a sunny, positive person who made a difference in so many lives. I can't tell you how sad Hap and I were to find out while we were out of town last week that Rosie had passed.  I was to have seen her on the 3rd with Jane and will regret forever that I didn't come that day.  Mama Quade was there for our boys and we feel so blessed to have gotten to know all of you thru DeMatha.  We will fondly remember Rosie and her beautiful smile. I worked with Rosemary in the late 1980's in the Rating and Statistical Department at Blue Cross Blue Shield of the National Capital Area.  I was only 22 when I started there, and Rosemary was in management.  She never intimidated me, but instead took me under her wing and advised me in how to succeed.  I owe much of my later success to her kind advice.  My thoughts and prayers are with her, Matt and their family.  God bless you.
