On July 10, 2015 in Bowie, MD, age 50. Daughter of Judith and Allen Frank, sister of Timothy Frank(Susan), nephews, Tristan and Anders Frank of Mt. Horeb, WI, niece of Norma Donner, Roseburg, OR and Sandra Shelly, Quakertown, PA, cousin of Lisa Neuberger, Roseburg, OR. She is Also survived by her beloved Westie, Jack. Shelley was a graduate of Bowie High School, class of 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Maryland University College, 1994. She was employed at various non-profit agencies tending disabled and handicapped individuals and served as school nurse at St. Mary’s School In Landover Hills for 12 years. Memorial Service, Saturday, August 15 at 11 am at Christian Community Presbyterian Church, Bowie, MD. Interment Private.
