Good Morning, its early and you have been on my mind so I decided to tell you that I hope your days are happy and serene.  I still miss you and think of you often.  Happy Easter.

It is difficult to believe that five years have gone by since you left. Not a day goes by without thoughts of you.

I miss our conversations and seeing your computer decorated on holidays.

Sheryl, I drive by the cemetery often on my way to Annapolis and always think of you. You are greatly missed at Holy Cross and always will be.

My dear sweet wife. It's been a little over six months since you departed. Valentine's Day has come and gone but I hold you close in my heart. There is not a day that goes by without found memories of you and us.

I'm very sorry for your lost and you have my condolences. I remember being patch up by her from bike accident when Mark and I were having a ride down a long steep hill around the corner from his house, we were just kids then but she took very good care of me. I thank God for the kind and wonderful person she was to me and to everyone she knew. I will miss her very much.

Words cannot express how sorry am I for this incredible loss. Sheryl was one of my FAVORITE nurses at Holy Cross. She and I regularly discussed Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, making those around us question whether we were talking about a TV show or our real lives! She was a phenomenal nurse and will be greatly missed.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked with Sheryl on the pediatric unit at Holy Cross for 3 years. We started working at Holy Cross at the same time. I loved her humor and her smile. My prayers are with you.

Sheryl was a wonderful preceptor when I first started working at HCH. She was always so helpful and really fun to work with. I am so sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to her when I left. She will be remembered always. My thoughts and prayers fare with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Mark, we were so sad to hear of Sheryl's passing last week.  We enjoyed her vivacious personality and no nonsense approach to life.  Always so completely honest and direct.  I remember the first time I (Diane) met Sheryl at a neighborhood "girls night"  I immediately thought, "What a friendly, fun woman!" She always stood out in a crowd, making people laugh, and making everyone feel comfortable.  We will miss her in the neighborhood. Sheryl will be sorely missed at Holy Cross Hospital.  She was an excellent nurse and her patients had great things to say about her.  She was a real asset to have on our unit because of all of her experience. If there was ever a crisis, you wanted Sheryl there by your side.  I hope she is in peace now.

I consider Sheryl as an angel who is now in heaven. I will always remember her funny comments and entertainments in the employee lounge during our breaks. Sheryl, May your soul rest in peace. I will miss you greatly.

Sheryl was a wonderful person and a wonderful nurse. I had the pleasure of working with her at Holy Cross. We have a group of fantastic nurses and so much of that is a credit to her guidance. She was always there as a listening ear, a smiling face, and I will miss her dearly.

I have been fortunate to know and work with Sheryl for many, many years, first on Pediatrics , then on Women's Surgery at Holy Cross Hospital. More recently our chats have been while she was working on Maternity Suites. She and I talked about our grandchildren and what fun they were. We spoke of work and old friends, some near, some far and some gone but remaining in our hearts.  That is what I will do now. Remember Sheryl in my heart and hope she has found peace.

Sheryl was an amazing woman and nurse. She was full of wisdom and was an outstanding preceptor to her nurses. As an experienced nurse, she was always prepared with knowledge and just the right amount of sarcasm to keep things fun. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to know her. Her spirit will live on in some amazing memories. I pray that God will keep her family in His loving arms during such a painful time.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Sheryl's family.  We at Holy Cross are deeply saddened by her loss and can only imagine what you must feel.  As a staff pediatrician, I had the joy of working with Sheryl on the mother-baby unit and seeing her incredible skills and warmth.  I always trusted her judgment and respected her greatly.  Last month I had the honor of being cared for by her as a patient when I delivered my newborn son at HCH.  She greeted me with a huge hug and smile.  I will not forget her.

Sheryl was an absolute delight to work with, so witty, spry, caring, and competent. She spoke often of Brook and Aydan...see I know their names though I have never met them. I have had the pleasure of working with Sheryl at Holy Cross and can say that the face of Maternity Suites will forever be changed.  We are all blessed to have known her and work along side Sheryl.  She was a tremendous support to me both professionally and personally.  I will dearly miss seeing her SUV parked in the parking lot (I knew it would be a good day if she was there!), standing in the hall eating fruit snacks while she charted, calling me for our afternoon cup of coffee, her fiery red hair and most of all her wit and candor. I will miss my friend Sheryl so much. We did not see each other much because of distance but we talked on the phone a lot. We laughed, we cried and we talked about our lives. The times we shared together are always in my memories. 
I meet Sheryl when I was a traveling nurse. She took me under her wing and treated me like family. We went out a few times sharing many laughs. We continued our friendship for the past 14 years. She visited me in California we went to LA, Hollywood, and Disneyland. Our friendship continued to blossom through the years. She was always there to listen to me, laugh with me and cry with me.
