It is with sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Joseph Botzum of Odenton, Maryland. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 31, 2025. He is survived by his sister, Cynthia Tardiff, and his niece, Sarah Gray. Steve was a dedicated and intelligent manager who worked as an Intelligence Analyst. He was proficient in many languages and taught classes about Risk Management for the government. He loved spending time bowling and participated in a trivia club. Star Trek was a favorite of his. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his Great-Nieces and Nephews. They were like grandchildren to him. He was the best brother anyone could have - brilliant, hardworking, and funny. He loved to laugh. He will be missed by all who knew him. We honor and remember the life of Steve Botzum, beloved brother, uncle, and friend.
