I’ve known Dennis for a long time not very close but just in our group of friends.... Let me be a witness, this guy was funny, sober or drunk, he made people laugh all the time. I believe heaven is setting up for one heck of a comedian show and Dennis is the host. God speed Dennis.

Dennis will always bring a smile to my face. His greatest gift to all of us was his humor. I’ll share one of fondest memories. Dennis and Marc arrived at my house @ 6am one morning and were tanked. I tried to convince Dennis not to leave on his motorcycle and right in the middle of my scolding he said “Mrs T you look lovely this morning .” I had on a wrinkled nightgown and looked anything but lovely. I couldn’t stop laughing and he won that argument! He will be missed but will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Dennis!

Dennis,
I will always remember my childhood growing up in Bowmansville, New York. As I reflect back on the memories you are a big part of them. I would have not wanted to grow up in any other town and you were a big reason for that. You always had a smile on your face and were looking for the next funny thing to do to make people laugh. I will never forget the times we had at the Bowmansville Fire Hall and tubing down the creek. Thank you for the fond memories that to this day, I share with my family and daughters. You were a great friend and person. Until we meet again brother!!!!!!!!!!!

Your childhood buddy,
Tim Lesser

Sad day when we lost Dennis. I met him during the summer at my lady’s best friends house. Dawn and I couldn’t help but see the electric connection Carrie and Dennis had. We drank and sang kereok with friends. Every time I looked over Dennis was laughing and encouraging me to sing. He was an example of a person who truly enjoyed life. And was a loyal friend to those he loved. My prayers are with him and his family and the multitude of friends he touched along the way.

It saddens me that we were never able to have our first date. I enjoyed our conversations. I know that my dad was there to meet you as you entered your peaceful rest. Hope you guys are fishing, having some beers and of course some laughs. My deepest condolences and prayers to your family. Give them the strength to get through these tough days ahead. Watch over them always.
