Dear Drescher family, 

It was shocking to hear of Mike's passing. As you already know, he was truly one of a kind. I knew him well as a kid and into High School and Mike was always fun to be around and I was always grateful to have him on the same teams. The world is duller without him.

I am so very sorry for your loss.   It is amazing, I  have known your family for over fifty years.  I will always remember fondly the years I babysat for You, Michael, and  Baby Raymond.   You were always well behaved so I looked forward to spending time with all three of You. I have nice memories of You Kids that I carry with me.

I knew Mike when we were kids, Clearfield and Red Oak drive. he was a great guy, all about playing sports. I remember the Little mentally challenged brother, Raymond, cute kid. I used to lift him up and he would giggle and just loved it.....

Dear Michael, my friend, my brother,
I love you Mike and I’m so sorry to be saying goodbye, so prematurely, in this way…I’ve known you for 54-years. At first, we were competitors on different teams, then teammates, then best friends, then roommates, then Best-man in our weddings. I don’t want to re-tell crazy “stories” about Michael Drescher, there are plenty of people to do that, and quite frankly Mike, you gave them a lot of content!!
What I want people to remember, is what you never let open in public, but were the things I appreciated most about you. You have a huge heart Michael, and are an incredibly loyal friend. You were a great son, RIP George and Pat. You were a great brother…I fondly remember the times we would take Raymond to the zoo when he would stay at our condo. I remember checking in and helping your Grandmother Mary, when she had Alzheimer’s. And, when you had children, no doubt they would also come first as well. I could go on, but these are traits hard to find, and that is how I will always remember you Michael. We can reminisce about the things we can’t tell anyone else when we meet again!
Rest peacefully Michael. I will always value our friendship.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Mike was a great man and friend to many, he will be greatly missed. Prayers and love to his family.

So sorry to hear about Mike’s passing. Was quite the character growing up with his bag of candy. Had the opportunity to play softball with him and against him. Always a tough competitor !

May he rest in peace with his Mom and Dad. A proud father, brother and a great salesman! Our love and prayers for all those he left behind.
