Carl Henry Tim

Carl H. Tim, age 83, husband of June A. (Dierolf) Tim of Boyertown, PA, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the Pottstown Hospital. Born on February 8, 1938, he was the son of the late Thelma (Rothenberger) and John Tim. Carl was a veteran of the Air National Guard and the Reserve of the United States Air Force. He worked at Firestone Tire and Rubber and later worked as a delivery driver for Longacre’s Dairy. Carl was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boyertown, PA. He was a member of the Boyertown Masonic Lodge and the Brothers of the Scottish Rite. He was also a member of the Ford V8 Club, and an avid Ford enthusiast. He attended many local car shows including volunteering with Building a Better Boyertown’s car show. Carl is survived by his wife; his son, John Tim, husband of Barbara; his daughters, Suzanne Hallowell, and Elizabeth, wife of the late Gary Rose; his five grandchildren, Jason Rose, husband of Krista, Sean and Amber Hallowell , Adam and Eric Tim; and two great-grandchildren, Alex and Evan Rose. Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at for the Tim family.

We only met your dad the one time when we came to visit. He and your mom, so welcoming, so friendly.

He was certainly very proud of his restored car, we don't recall the make or model, but he loved showing it to us! Very, very sweet.
