

Claire Fryer passed away on March 10, 2010 at Pottstown Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was a lifelong resident of Boyertown born January 3, 1928 to Paul Keyser and Winifred LaPish Keyser. Claire was a beauty school graduate and owned her own shop for several years until her family became her passion. She had a wonderful circle of friends which included a weekly bridge club and ballroom dance club in her younger days. She was happiest when cooking for her family, hosting picnics and holiday gaterings or vacationing at the beach.
She is survived by a son, Michael, husband of Donna Fryer of Boyertown; two daughters, Claire, wife of Douglas Kern of Schnecksville and Lori, wife of Donald Kelsch of Boyertown; four grandchildren, Michael Fryer, Amanda, wife of Eric Kolb, Nathaniel and Abigail Kern to which she was affectionately known as "Nan". She was predeceased by her husband Paul Fryer, a daughter, Cinde Fryer, a sister, Gwendolyn Reinert and her twin brother Carroll Keyser.
A Memorial Celebration honoring her life will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.
The family will visit with friends beginning at 10 a.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contrbutions may be made in her memory to The Alzheimer's Associaiton, Delaware Valley Chapter, P. O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
