Born in Pottstown, he was the son of Rodney P. and Janet R. (Oberholtzer) Haupt of Muhlenburg.
David was a graduate of Boyertown Life Skills Program.
In addition to his parents, David is survived by his sister, Alyssa C. (Haupt), wife of Randall Raifsnider of Mohrsville and nieces Megan and Hannah Raifsnider.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2103 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4201 Stoudt’s Ferry Bridge Road, Reading.
Relatives and friends will be received between 1 – 1:30 p.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Life Path – Bally Home, 3500 High Point Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
