It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Debra Ann Gilbert (Gamler), who peacefully departed this life on June 7, 2025, at the age of 69. Debi was born on August 13, 1955, in Reading, Pennsylvania, and left a lasting memory on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Debi was a devoted wife, a loving mother, an adoring grandmother, a cherished sister, and a treasured friend. She is survived by her husband of over 45 years, Glen Gilbert; her daughter Brandi Benner and son-in-law Scott; and her grandson Landen Benner. She also leaves behind her brother Earl Gamler and her sisters Bonnie Bartman, Cindy Bishe, and Lorraine Hamilton.
Debi's strength and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though her presence is no longer with us, her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
A gathering will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA 19512 on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
