My Aunt Dorie was always the life of the party or maybe life was a party because she was there. Her laugh, kindness, graciousness, ability to be present, and and her inability to NOT dance made her the type of person who was so easy to keep company with. Life was just better when she was around. I can’t imagine our next family gathering without her. Even until the end she smiled and laughed and danced. We love you forever.

My best memories of Dorie and most cherished are all the holidays we spent together in Vermont when our kids were young. We looked forward to the gathering at my parents most Thanksgivings. All the kids were close in age so they all played together really well. We would get together at my house in the evenings and sit around the table and talk and laugh and just enjoy the moment. I still think of these times and miss the fun and silliness of our younger days. Dorie and I clicked from the beginning and I am so saddened that she has passed. She loved her family and her kids were everything to her. My condolences to the whole family . I’m glad I am still able to see all of the kids occasionally to this day and hope this continues. My kids love this also. Love to you all.

Our condolences go out to Dori's family. Dori was one of the kindest, most tenderhearted people we ever met. She was quick to smile and laugh, she loved to dance and simply enjoy life. She was not only physically beautiful, but she had a beautiful soul that was evident to anyone who had the privilege to know her. She loved her family. The greatest joy in her life were her children, whom she adored. She will be greatly missed by all that loved her. Our prayers for comfort and strength go out to her family in this time of sadness.
With love and compassion, David and Linda Boyer
