Eleanor Fern Ruth

Eleanor was the daughter of the late Harry E.S. Kulp and late Ella F. (Renninger) Kulp. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Calvary Church. Eleanor, a homemaker, was devoted to her faith and family enjoying church activities and family get togethers. Many remember Eleanor for her giving nature, warm heart, and steadfast faith in God. She was known for her delicious apple tarts, Fasnachts, decorated cakes, and refreshing watermelon fruit baskets. She had a love for music, especially hymns, country music, and Elvis Presley. She enjoyed puzzles, bingo, card games, sewing and embroidering. In recent years, she loved to read, talk with people, and gifted many family and friends with pictures she colored or painted for them.

Eleanor is survived by her five children, Cindy wife of Timothy Singles, Vicki wife of Phillip Kocher Sr, Bonnie, Connie wife of Thomas Uff, and Kenneth Emmanuel Ruth (Carla Smith).; grandchildren, Crystal wife of John Soper, Phillip Jr, Justin, Jennelle (Dathan), Nathaniel, Matthew, Kristin, Maia, Brittany, and Thomas II (Emily); two great grandchildren Jared (Breana), and Phillip III; step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, sister-in-law Leah Kulp and many nieces and nephews.

Eleanor was predeceased by three brothers, Earl, William, Harry and six sisters, Mary, Geneva, Florence, Ella, Anna, and Elsie.

Family and friends are invited to a calling on April 10, 2026, at 10:00 am followed by a service at 11:00 am at Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home Inc Boyertown, PA followed by internment at Shepherd of the Hills Calvary Church Bechtelsville, PA.
