Glenn Steven Hoffman

Glenn Steven Hoffman, 63, of Boyertown, passed away on September 16, 2025. A lifelong resident of Boyertown, he was born on August 28, 1962. Glenn dedicated his life to a love of learning and a diverse array of careers. He earned a degree in computer science and spent many years as a talented programmer. He later embraced entrepreneurship by owning and operating a video rental store before finding his final professional chapter as a tax preparer. A man of simple pleasures, Glenn found joy in the familiar and the informative. He was a great fan of classic TV comedies and stayed current on world events by watching the news. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Hoffman. Glenn is survived by his mother, Patricia A. Hoffman, who resides in Boyertown; his brother, Dean Hoffman, of York; and his nephew, Houston Hoffman, and his wife, Hannah, and their baby, Myles, all of Wellesley, Massachusetts.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 am on Monday, September 22, 202,5 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home in Boyertown, PA. A viewing will be held prior at the funeral home from 10 am to 11 am. Burial will be at the New Hanover Lutheran Cemetery in Gilbertsville, PA.
