Glenn Richards Jr.

Glenn Richards Jr., 64 of Boyertown, son of the late Amy (Hamm) Richards of New Jersey and Glenn Richards Sr. of Climax Springs, Missouri. He passed away with his loving family by his side on December 24, 2021, at Pottstown Hospital. Glenn is survived by his wife of 21 years of Laura J. (Heimbach) Richards of Boyertown. 5 children, Danielle and Damian Richards, Cathryn Heimbach of Boyertown, Alyssa Ruffner, wife of Adam Ruffner of Douglassville, and Katrinia Storti of Boyertown. 8 grandchildren who were his pride and joys, Jayden, Dameian, Xavier Heimbach sons of Cathryn Heimbach of Boyertown, Mason, Madison, and Maverick Ruffner children of Alyssa and Adam Ruffner of Douglassville, and Daniel and Elliann Storti children of Katrinia Storti of Boyertown. Brother Bucky Richards of Climax Springs, Missouri, and sister Mabel Wolf of Climax Springs, Missouri. Numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Glenn was employed by the Philadelphia Inquirer for 21 years. He was a Navy Veteran. He was a fire Police Captain for Friendship Hook and Ladder of Boyertown. He was always with his grandchildren, spoiling them. Glenn loved all 8 of his grandchildren. He loved to cook, and had a garden that he was so proud of. He was a familyman and would do anything for anybody. He will be greatly missed.
