the late Otto A. Snyder Jr passed away Sunday, February
16, 2014 at her residence in Bally, PA surrounded by her
loving family.
Helen was born in Galveston, TX. She was the daughter of
of the late Doris Cook-Popps and John E Popps. She
moved to PA after marrying her husband and became a
member of the Walnut St Baptist Church. She was also a
active participant on the 3rd Ward Election Board.
She is survived by her daughter Doris L. Snyder-Knauer of
Bally, PA. Along with 7 Grandchildren and 15 Great-
Grandchildren . Helen's son Otto A Snyder III preceded
her death in 2006.
