Hilda Miller

Born in Poland she was the daughter of the late Olga (Schendel) and Friednch Wensel.

Hilda was employed by local knitting mills working in production and at Drug Plastic, Boyertown in production until her retirement. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Boyertown.

She is survived by her brother Erhard D., husband of Linda (Bender) Wensel; nephew, Michael B. , husband of Kim (Benton) Wensel of Sassamansville; and great nieces Meghan and Lauren Wensel both at home. She is predeceased by a nephew Scott T. Wensel.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 45 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown. Reverend John G. Pearson will officiate.

Relatives and friends may call at the church Wednesday between 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.

Burial will be in Hill Church Cemetery, Pike Township.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Hilda's name to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Reading, PA 19605.

Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.
