Born in Lee, Massachusetts. She was the only child of Aline D.(Dimond) and William James Harding.
Jean was a homemaker. She was also a 4H leader for many years and babysat for special needs children. She managed an animal communication business and worked on the David Specht horse farm.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church 750 North Evans St, Pottstown, PA 19464. She was also a member of the Church Choir, served as a Deacon of the church, and was very involved with various events at church.
Jean is survived by her children, Lawrence J. husband of Amanda Grim of Boyertown, Andrew D. Grim companion of Martha Stevens of Titusville, PA., and Wendy J. (Grim) Doneyhue of Youngsville, PA. Grandchildren, Timothy L. Grim, Hadley M. Grim, and Leland R. Grim.
Memorial Services will be held at First Presbyterian Church 750 N. Evans St, Pottstown, PA 19464 on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
Family and friends may call at the Church Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
