John G. Houck

Born in Boyertown he was a son of the late Missouri (Gehris) and Jonathan F. Houck

He was employed at Boyertown Packaging as a press Operator and later a custodian for over 20 years.

John served in the US Navy during 1944.

He is survived by his daughters, Mary J. Weil wife of James Stitt of Boyertown and Susan J.Baldasano widow of the late Charles Baldasano of Collegeville; siblings, Mae Baker and Ruth Fretz; grandchildren, Hollie, Matt, Heather wife of Rob George, Josh, Jeremy, Jonah and Jacob husband of Nina Stahl; four step- grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Carsen, Brayden, Amara, Jordan, Joseph, Sierra and Ashley and five step-great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his siblings, Warren LeRoy, Lester, Dorothy, Mary, Pearl and Katherine.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in Oley Cemetery, Spangsville.
