L. Paul Levengood

L. Paul Levengood, 100, of Boyertown formerly of Huff’s Church. Husband of the late Marian L. (Kearns) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Chestnut Knoll, where he had resided for the last 5 years.

Born in Douglass Twp. He was the last surviving son of Mary Ellen (Lessig) and Lewis Herman Levengood.

Paul was a member of Grace Gospel Chapel in Gilbertsville. He served as a Sargent in the US Army during WWII in the European Theater.

He was employed by Stanley G. Flaggs as a Machine operator in Stowe for over 30 years retiring in 1975.

Paul is survived by his children, David G. husband of Shirley R. Levengood of Rotonda West, FL. Tom L. husband of Becky Levengood of Bradenton, FL. and Heather E. wife of Paul E. Lohr of Bristol, CT. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren...

Funeral services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 N. Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA. 10512. Friday, August 16, 2013 at 1:30 PM.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 PM.

Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park.
