Leona was an avid reader, enjoying doing puzzles and working on crosswords. She had a deep love for her dogs. Leona's favorite times were ones spent with her family.
She is survived by her children: Thurman Wysong, Jr. (Kim), Gregory Wysong (Dianne), Bryan Wysong (Lisa), Timothy Wysong (Eileen)
Grandchildren: Vincent DeMatto, Miranda (Emerson) Chesser, Kevin Wysong, Justin Wysong, Kayla (Jeremy) Wysong, Chelsea (Elijah) Millstein, and Joelle (Andrew) Sweigart
Great-grandchildren: Dominik DeMatto, Savannah, Evan and Elena Chesser, Lila and Cora Millstein, and Jameson Sweigart; and her best friend and caretaker Margaret Schiefer.
Friends and family are invited to call between 10 and 11 AM on September 25, 2025 at Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home 111 N. Reading Ave., Boyertown PA 19512. A memorial service will immediately follow also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Sheppard of the Hills Cemetery.
