Born in Allentown. She was a daughter of the late Margaret (Shive) and Clarence Huber.
As a mother, grandmother, friend, companion, sister, Linda demonstrated selfless love and compassion. She loved the beach and the mountains and loved those things more when shared with friends and family. She loved music…especially local music played across the Lehigh Valley.
As a bookkeeper for a variety of non-profit and for-profit organizations throughout her career, she proved a consummate professional. Her meticulous attention to detail served her well professionally. She leaves a professional legacy of competence and proficiency. She also leaves every tax return since 1986 in sequential order, labelled, bound, and boxed.
In her seasons, Linda loved to bake. She found a creative outlet in designing ever more complicated birthday cakes for friends and family. Linda served as a youth group leader at the Emmaus Moravian Church, showering those kids with love and compassion.
We will miss most her smile and her laugh. Linda’s smile could light up a room. She wore it well…and often to hide some of her own personal pain. Her distinctive laugh was infectious and invited all to join her.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin D. husband of Tania E. Krauss of Wyomissing and Rev. Kerry D. husband of Karen A. Krauss of Sister Bay, WI. Grandchildren, Jackson, Harrison, Alyssa and Evin all at home. Sisters, Judy, Dawn and Debbie. Linda is also survived by her companion Vincent Indelicato. She was pre-deceased by her brother Butch.
A Memorial Service will be 3:30 p.m., Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Emmaus Moravian Church, 146 Main Street, Emmaus, PA with Reverend Chris Geisler officiating.
