Marie M. Singleton

Marie M, Singleton, 96, who lived most of her life in Norristown. PA, and is the widow of Walter H. Singleton, Sr, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at Gwynedd Healthcare and Rehab Center in Gwynedd, PA

Marie was born in Norristown, PA and is the last surviving child of William Kirkbride and Pauline Kirkbride (Bono).

Prior to her death, Marie worked many years in the Prothanotary Office at the Montgomery County Courthouse, located in Norristown, PA.

Marie is survived by her two children, her daughter Kathleen M Tavani of Lansdale, PA, and her son Walter H. Singleton Jr., husband of Darlene Singleton of Mont Clair, PA. In addition, Marie is survived by her grandson, Walter H Singleton III, husband of Rita Singleton of Collegeville, PA, and her grandchildren, John and David Singleton of Collegeville, PA. In addition, she is also survived by her niece, Linda Gibson of Limerick, PA. Marie is predeceased by her grandsons, Jason R. Singleton and James P. Tavani and her granddaughter, Paula A Yorgey.
