
Born in Amity she was the daughter of the late Edward and Adeline (Dunkelberger) Schwenk.
She was a cleaning lady for the Barto Post Office. She enjoyed camping in New Jersey and clamming. She loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mary is survived by two daughters, Marie Adeline Hunsberger of Morgantown, Barbara Ann Berger of Barto; a son, Arthur Paul, husband of Gail Berger of Barto; six grandchildren, Laura Richards, Arthur Berger, Jr., Beth Taylor, Kim Kehl, Vickie Paxton and Janel Hilbert; twelve great-grandchildren; a brother, Adam Schwenk and a sister Helen Levy. She was predeceased by three children, George, Dorothy and Raymond and ten siblings.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown. The Reverend John Brown, pastor of Shepherd of the Hills United Church of Christ, Bechtelsville will officiate.
A viewing will be Saturday between 1 – 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Oley Cemetery, Spangsville.
