Born in Reading, PA he was a son of the late Esther (Rothenberger) and William Fronczak.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 68 years Nancy (Wentzel) Fronczak. He was also predeceased by his brother Lawrence Fronczak.
Richard graduated from Boyertown High School. He worked for many years at and retired from Cabot Corp (KBI). Throughout the years he enjoyed woodworking, working on cars, traveling, and spending time with family.
He is survived by his daughter, Jody L. wife of Jeffrey D. Hoover of Womelsdorf. Along with a grandson, Zachary R. "Zak" Sroka of Lancaster.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
