Born on April 11, 1949, in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late Margaret (Adams) and Alfred Ingram.
After taking college courses at Eastern College, Robert became a police officer and detective. Later on in life, he worked construction. Robert was a member of the Reading Motorcycle Club.
Robert is survived by his partner, Gail Lomas of Boyertown; daughter, Allison Smale of Pottstown; son, Tom Ingram of Schwenksville; step-daughters, Jennifer and Jessica; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Sarah, Megan, and Kaitlyn.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
