Born December 22, 1943, Sandra was the daughter of the late Robert and Winifred R. (Pitzonka) Glaser. Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be remembered for her caring nature, warm personality, and dedication to her family.
Sandra began her career at Great American Knitting Mills. She then enjoyed a career as the secretary at Harness House, later known as Manhattan Industries, a belt company that was founded by her grandmother and uncle. Sandra finished her career and retired from The Frederick Mennonite Community where she served as a receptionist.
In addition to her husband, Herbert, Sandra is survived by her son, David A., husband of Kristine R., her grandchildren, Shane A., husband of Sarah, and Calista M. and her great grandchildren, Emmett and Elsie.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Butter Valley Community Church, 2600 Old Route 100, Bally PA 19053 beginning at 9:30am. A memorial service will follow, beginning at 11:00am with Pastor Caleb McCarthy officiating. Interment will be held privately in Hereford Mennonite Cemetery.
