Born in Allentown, PA. He was a son of the late Hanna (Lore) Gomez and Clarence J.Reinhard.
Toby was employed by Hydromotion in Spring City for over 30 years as a welder.
He enjoyed racing slot cars with his son and later his grandson. Toby also enjoyed spending time at Grandview Raceway.
Toby is survived by his children, Heather L. Reinhard and Cory D. Reinhard both of Bechtelsville. Grandchildren, Austin J. Yerk, Wyatt M. Reinhard and Paisley G. Reinhard. He is predeceased by his daughter, Kayla J. Reinhard. A grandson, Tucker J. Yerk and his step-mother Naomi Y. Reinhard.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA 19512. On Friday November 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Family and friends may call on Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
