Teresa Lynn Gorny

Teresa Gorny, aged 63, of Bradenton, passed away on October 25, 2024, in Sarasota. Born on November 30, 1960, in Columbus, OH, Teresa was known for her loving, caring, funny, and smart personality. She had a passion for shopping and fishing, which brought joy to her life.

Teresa is survived by her beloved husband, Edward Gorny; her loving children, Jerime Gorny (Amber Simmons), Nicole Sykes (Jesse), Terra Wiseman (Dion), and Chase Gorny. She was a cherished grandmother to Gage Gorny, Constance Azbell, Cadence Gorny (Adelina), Christian Sykes, Tierny Gorny, Blake Wiseman, Lenox Gorny, Mason Wiseman, Kane Sykes, Conner Wiseman, Cassidy Wiseman, and Jacob Wiseman. She was also a great-grandmother to Tyler, Jaxon, Caleb, Ellie, Malachi, and Ryker. Teresa was a daughter to Linda and Leroy Armstrong and sister to James and Mike Fisher.

She was preceded in death by her son, Eddie Gorny and grandson, Brock Sykes.

The Robert Toale & Sons Celebration of Life Center in Bradenton, FL, is assisting the family during this time. Teresa's life and legacy will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
