Beloved and the only son of Ewa and the late Andrzej Łukaszewicz.
Andrew was born in Toronto on May 8th, 1987. He was a gifted child who had many interests, who loved travels and most of all loved helping others.
In 2009 Andrew graduated from University of Toronto with Honours Bachelor of Science. He continued his education in American University of the Caribbean in St. Martin, and graduated as Medical Doctor in 2013. In the same year, Andrew was offered a transitional/radiology residency position in St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan (USA). During his residency years, he participated in medical research and was an author and co-author of many medical publications. In 2018, Andrew was presented by his workplace with the award recognizing his leadership in the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program.
Andrew returned to Canada in 2018 to complete a one-year Breast Imaging Fellowship in Ottawa, Ontario. In January 2020, he moved to New Zealand and was employed by Pacific Radiology as a breast and general radiologist.
Andrew will be always loved and missed by his mother, family and friends, whose hearts he touched with his kind smile and generosity.
