Dear Elaine,

I only heard about Bridget's passing just the other day from one of our mutual high school friends. I am so very much in shock
& disbelief that she is really gone & deeply saddened by her loss. I have many fond memories of all of the wonderful,
fun & crazy times that Bridget & I had together, the tears & the laughter we shared; moments that I will
cherish & carry with me for the rest of my days. My heart goes out to you & you have my
deepest condolences. May

I met Bridget through the Orangeville Art Group and enjoyed her bright and friendly personality.  She was a good artist and great asset to the group. She will be missed.  Sincere sympathy to John & family.

I met Bridget when we both joined the Orangeville Art Group a few years ago. She was always such a delightful, warm person to be around. My love & prayers are with you John and the family. RIP Bridget and wherever you are do not stop painting.

I knew Bridget from the Orangeville Art Group, such a great sense of fun. "I say we paint ourselves orange, put sticky notes saying OAG on strategic body areas,
and run (almost) naked through the Town of Orangeville screaming “Picasso Lives!”, but that’s just me :)"

It is a very sad thing to lose a good friend like Bridget. She was someone I looked forward to seeing each day when we were co-workers as it seemed to make the day go a whole lot better. My heart felt condolences to her husband John and family.

I offer my condolences to the Family. I knew Frank & Frances abiout 36yrs ago & carpooled with Frank to Douglas A/C. Knowing Frank & Frances from Jansusie in Rexdale I remember the loving friendly couple they were & I am sure this loss is very. difficult. I've known Bridget now for almost 4 years and I have to say she is a wonderful Friend and co-worker.  I was always able to talk to her and confide in her too.  Sitting beside her brought me even closer to her.  She will be sadly missed. My condolences to John her husband and family. May she rest in peace. Love & prayers,  Loretta Cooper xo

Being a Trekkie Fan as Bridget was we know that for her it was never about whats on the other side. Its was all about the climb. Our prayers and support are with you John. Keep climbing .Val & Jo

I never met Bridget but I know how completely she filled John's life.  It is a tragedy beyond words that she has been taken away while they were both still so young.

If I were an artist like Bridget I'd paint a picture of her. Bridget would be standing on the upper walkway of the space station, Babylon 5. She'd be looking down on a group of aliens -- playing Bingo, while snacking on Funnel Cakes. Hal, the computer, would be announcing the imminent arrival of vampires but the game could go on uninterrupted because Bridget "Buffy" McGonigal would save the day.
