Surrounded by his loving family Doug passed away peacefully on Friday June 21, 2013 and is reunited with his loving daughter and son. Doug leaves behind his loving wife Peggy of 62 wonderful years of marriage. Doug is survived by his 3 children and the proud grandpa to 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Doug will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday June 23 2013 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre (8190 Dixie Road, Brampton (905) 458 8190). A Celebration of Doug’s Life will take place in the Chapel on Monday June 24th, 2013 at 10:00am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Peel would be appreciated by the family.
