Passed away peacefully in Brampton on October 25, 2013 at the age of 81. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Nancy (Calvin); sons Dan (Dawn-Marie), David; granddaughters Rachel, Megan, Amanda (Jason); great-grandsons Nicklas, Gordon, many extended family and friends. Irwin was predeceased by his beloved wife of 43 years Sheila. Irwin was a Metro Toronto Police Constable for 32 years. Public visitation will be held on Tuesday October 29, 2013 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm at Andrews Community Funeral Centre ( 905-456-8190) 8190 Dixie Rd. in Brampton with Funeral Service to occur at 2 pm on Wednesday October 30, 2013 at the Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow.
