Dear Lillian and Family,

I am very sorry for the loss of your Husband and Father Russel.  
Russel was a gentleman and very kind to me.  When Lillian and Russel came to my Birthday Parties up in Jackson's Point, Russel always had a joke for me.  When I needed you (Lillian) after my Chris' passing, Russel had no problem in your coming up here to help and be with me.  Russel was a good man and will be missed by me.

I, (Amjad) worked with Russell Irwin for more than 8 years and found him as a noble, humble, helpful, sympathetic and considerate person. Although he was retired about a year ago but we had our back he is just retired. Shocking news of his demise broke us. But it is what the nature has decided for him. May God bless him. All our prayers are with him. Rest in Peace Russell :'-(

My thoughts go out to Lillian and the entire family. I was saddened to hear of Russel's passing. I have many memories of the time our families shared together when I was younger, whether it be during the holidays or out at the cottage during the summer. Russel was a best friend to my dad since childhood and I take some comfort knowing they have been reunited. I imagine them out there somewhere having a beer and sharing many laughs together.

My dear friend Russ you will be missed by many. A great nice guy...loving husband ...great dad and grandad. We shared many memories over the years with the kids growing up and the times at the cottage. Christmas and New Years. We will for sure miss you and your laughter. I first met Russ in the early nineties as a customer of Fulton Windows. His personality resulted in our becoming friends. His sense of humour, up beat optimism and his passion for doing the right thing always impressed me. We shared a lot of laughs and incite full  discussions of philosophy. I and many others shall miss that man

I worked with Russell at Oldcastle for 10 years and he always made me laugh with his jokes after discussing credit holds and payments. I always admired his diligence. He was an extraordinary person with a heart of gold, one we will truly miss. RIP Russell.

Russel was in his element on these fun weekends.

Russel was the best CS rep I ever had the pleasure to work with. Hi genially cared about every customer and he had my respect. God Bless.

I had a doctors appointment in September and that he had to drive me to so after my appointment he decided to go for a walk along the beach when we approach these chairs and he said to me go certain it will take a picture for your Facebook so I did and then he did. 

I have nothing but fond memories of Russ working with him at Fulton Windows.

Russel was one of the original Fulton Windows employees.  He started in the shop in the late 70's before moving into his customer service role a few years later where he excelled for the next 40 years or so.   Russel was the face of the company for many, many customers and he was their "go to" guy as he was the man who got things done.  He was also a good friend to all of his co-workers and was highly valued and respected by the entire Fulton family.
Lillian and family, I am so sorry for your loss.  We will all miss Russel.  He was one of the good ones.
