She is predeceased by her parents Romano and Amalia. Siblings Amabile, Lodovica, Romana, and Carlo. Husband Cesare and son Claudio.

She is survived by her daughter Sara (Giancarlo), and daughter-in-law Ada. Cherished nonna to Adrian (Hasina), Andrea (Francesco), Jennifer (Joey), Deanna (Sean), Olivia and great grandchildren Joshua, Angelica and Matteo.

She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She left her beloved town of Maniago, Italy in 1952 as a young bride in search of a better life in Canada. Although the first years were difficult and filled with hard work, they were also filled with laughter and hope of a promising future.

As a member of the Furlan Women’s Society and Nos Da Cordenons Social Club, she enjoyed music, dancing, singing, playing bingo and playing cards (Briscola). She had a great eye for fashion and was an amazing homemaker.

She lived her life simply with great integrity, dignity and courage right to the end of her life. Her strength remains an inspiration to us all. We will forever miss her infectious smile and laugh.

She lived a long, beautiful, and blessed life. Perhaps her greatest accomplishment next to her family, was living to be 100 years old.

Her memory lives on in our hearts. She will be forever loved.
