I met Michelle almost eight years at the Bramalea City Centre GoodLife.
She was someone who didn’t life’s setbacks hold her down. She was a great source of support and inspiration for myself and I’m sure for all those around her.
She will be missed.
Goodbye my friend.

My deepest condolences to Dylan and his family. I had the pleasure of being Dylan's teacher in high school and he often talked about his mom. He wanted everyone to know that she was the best mom in the world and would not except that there could exist a better mom! I always found it very endearing how he spoke of her and how he revered her. When I spoke to Ms. Mercer, and I was often in contact with her often over Dylan's antics (!), she was supportive and kind. I am saddened by this news because I know how much she was loved by her doting son. Wishing you all peace and comfort during this time.

I worked with Michelle in the mid 80's through to the 90's. The ladies at work, known as "The Pizza Hut Girls" bonded over marriages, children, divorce and life in general. We have continued to meet for the last 20+ years, usually organized by Michelle. She was a generous spirit and always a fighter! She will be missed!
My prayers are with Joe, Courtney and Dylan and their families!

I’ve known Michelle for 15 years and she always treated me like a daughter. She was such a beautiful and kind soul and my heart aches knowing she is physically no longer with us. My husband and I trusted her so much with watching our son Alexander and we will forever be grateful. I remember how excited she was at Courtney’s baby shower, when we found out Lily was a girl! Lily your grandma loved you so much. She was a strong strong woman and such a fighter! We miss you xo rest in paradise Michelle. Until we meet again. XOXOXOX
Love always,
Erin, Ryan and Alexander
