Patricia was born and raised in Port Hope, ON. She went to the University of Guelph where she met Garry. Patricia worked as a financial analyst in the construction industry for over 25 years. She loved animals and spent her life taking care of her beloved Scottish Terrier dogs. Patricia was a dedicated cook, who made delicious traditional English meals with recipes passed down from her mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, canning tomatoes and making jam. She spent her past time listening and dancing to her favourite 80s songs, swimming in her pool and graciously hosting family and friends at her home. She took pride and joy in being able to care and serve other people.
Patricia retired at the age of 60 and enjoyed going for daily walks, doing crossword puzzles and wordle. She cherished the time spent caring for her grandchildren, Emmeline and Cameron. Together, they loved to craft, play games and watch Bobby Flay’s cooking show. Most important, she never hesitated to spoil them with love.
She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
