On behalf of Aunty Phyllis ( Whiteman)and family, please accept our deepest sympathy. We give God praise for the beautiful soul that was Aunty Pearly. Her life was truly a blessing. To her cousin Phyllis she was more sister than cousin. They shared a special bond  and she will be sorely missed. We pray God's peace to the children, grand and great grand children of Aunty Pearly. May God's peace be yours. 
Eternal rest, eternal peace,  grant unto her O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.

It is with deep sadness that I’m sharing the memories of my sister-in-law’s passing, the sister of my late husband. I saw Pearl just 3 weeks ago, at her granddaughter’s wedding, where we were all having a wonderful time together. She was so vibrant and beautiful, even dancing with both Carol, her niece, and me. I still can’t believe she is gone. It is said we all walk with death under our feet, and Pearl’s death is proof of that. Death is no respecter of Man, as this came so unexpectedly. In August 2023, her brother (my husband) also passed. Now one can see how devastating it is for the family — we came from joy into sorrow. Pearl would always spend time with us when she visited Trinidad 🇹🇹. She was so selfless, always making sure our favourite dish would be made and stored. She knew what her brother liked. We who are left behind do hope we will follow in her footsteps by holding the family together, as that was one of her memorable qualities. Her children were her all in all. Pearl, I know the angels are glad to have you in their midst, for they know what an amazing asset you were on Earth, always ready to throw a banquet for friends and families. You will surely be missed my Pearl. RIP.

A tribute to Pearl George

Mom (Pearl) as I called her was a dear friend to me.  She was wonderful cook and baker. For the past 7 years since I retired, my sister and I called her every day except when she was away on vacations and we couldn't reach her. Our conversations were often not lengthy but was on various topics. 

Beside her children, grandchildren, friends and relatives, Mom loved sports, especially the Toronto Raptors.  

Condolences to her family members and friends.  May her memories continue to comfort each of us.

I certainly miss my daily conversation with her.

It is with a heavy heart to share the memories of bringing my cousin to this country in 1970, lt was a decision filled with hope, a chance for her to experience a better life, as we all have and also pursue  her dreams, and to be a part of a new and  promising  world, Our first cousin, bother & sister children,  together with my brother Kenneth we embarked on this journey with Pearl, excited for   opportunities and  adventures that lay ahead, our cousin’s journey  in this country was a testament to her resilience She faced, the challenges of adapting to a new culture with unwavering courage  strength and spirit in the face of adversity were truly inspirational, After which she brought her children, She made friends built a life and embraced opportunities this country  had to offer.  However her journey in this world is leaving us with a profound sense of loss, Her passing reminds us of the fragility of life and importance of cherishing every moment we have with our loved ones, It is a stark reminder that we must value the time we spend with family and friends and not take for granted, In memory let us strive to carry forward the dreams and hopes she had for a better life in this world, Let us remember her for her courage her smile and indomitable spirit, As we mourn her loss let us celebrate the life  she lived and Impact she had on us all, Now  our cousin’s journey has ended, but her memory will live in our hearts, she will forever be a part of me,  I feel confident  by knowing our ancestors are with open arms welcoming her arrival. RIP my cousin.

My deepest condolence to the family. Mom was a beautiful woman, I spoke to her every other day for many years. Some days we had long talks or just how she was doing and what we are cooking. My most memorable time, was when the Raptors won,she was always a big fan, but I was a Johnny come lately  but to meet her home and we went to the Lakeshore  together to see the parade together,she was so  happy. RIP mom I miss you.

Love you mommy. You did so much for your kids and family. We can never repay you your all you did for us. RIP

In loving memory of a woman (Pearl, Known to me as Mom) who became not only a friend but a second mom to me. Her kindness and unwavering support knew no bounds, and she touched my life in profound ways.

She had the incredible ability to make everyone feel welcomed and loved. Her home was a place of comfort and warmth, and her heart was open to all who entered.

She shared wisdom, guidance, and a listening ear, helping me navigate my early life's challenges. Her presence was a source of strength and comfort during both good and tough times.

As I reflect on the moments we shared, I am grateful for the beautiful friendship and motherly love she bestowed upon me. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire me throughout my life.

While she may no longer be with us, her memory lives on in the countless lives she touched. I will forever cherish the moments we had and the lessons she taught me.

A remarkable woman who became my second mom, a beacon of love, kindness, and wisdom. May her memory be a source of inspiration to us all. Sleep in Peace Mom until we meet again.
